What type of tracking is available?


Please be advised that tracking capabilities are dependent on the CRM you're using.


If we are sending your email newsletter to a list of your contacts in Agile, we're able to review all reader activity. We can tell you who opened what emails, what links they clicked on, what forms they clicked on, and more. The reason why this is so important is because it allows you to determine which of your readers is interested in which products. This makes the sales process much easier, as your sales people (or you) can follow-up with these readers who are actively engaged in specific products/services you're promoting in your newsletter.


We will send you a daily, weekly or monthly report, depending on the size of your company, newsletter issuance frequency and how many subscribers you currently have on your mailing list.
